I've had a few like that:

"Does Luke Perry exist?" (An old lady asked me this over the phone)

"Can I have the phone number a business that existed in your town 30 years ago? Someone locked a computer with that number as the passcode."

One of the librarians has someone ask him to translate a book for her over the phone.

Then, of course, there is our black nazi/Hasidic Jew/Rasafarian guy (don't ask-just don't).

That's worse than the one I always seem to get -- "I read this book a long time ago and I don't remember much about it but the cover was gray and I think it was a historical novel, maybe."

I love this quote from the article: "Whenever a man loses the balance of his reason, he turns his attention to literature." I think that's going to be my e-mail signature for a while.
