He's Thomas Sangster, who I just saw (last night!) in a Doctor Who two-parter*:
I could see him being a good Tintin.
*Which I liked a lot, by the way. And one that followed it up, "Blink", was my favorite of Season Three so far -- I love it that there are occasional episodes that don't star the Doctor. And the Weeping Angels were REALLY creepy, especially before they got all fangy.

oh my god he’s so cute ! I loved him in Love Actually!

Yay!!! I'm glad you liked BLINK. It's now officially my favorite episode of DOCTOR WHO of all time. HUMAN NATURE/FAMILY OF BLOOD was also very, very cool. They're up against each other for (I think it's) the Hugo. Or is it the Nebula? Steven Moffat's won the last two times and as much as I'd like to see Paul Cornell get his due for the amazing work he's done on DW, BLINK still stands out to me.
Now, brace yourself for the season three finale.... Come talk to me about it when you're done.

I loved Blink too! It's the only Doctor Who episode that's scared me. Those angels and their fangs *shudders*. I can't wait for the new season.
