I don't know about the actual contents of the book, but the title is just fantasticly fantastic:
While I doubt the author was headed in this direction, little Mr. Ego looks like a guy who knows how to have fun.

If you play the title game the John Green way, this would be "Mister Ego and the Bubble of Love...In Your Pants." Now that's pretty Freudian.
