I'll be back as soon as it passes.

Would it help if I said I had never heard of Connie Willis until you talked about her and I went right out and got D.A. and Inside Job and absolutely LOVED them? Don't be gone too long!

Hey Leila, first time commenter, long time reader. Your blog makes me laugh out loud and your reviews have provided me and my daughter with some great reads over the past year or so. Hoping the summer boredom doesn't last too long - we'll be missing you! It's cold here in Melbourne (yes Australia) and we need lots of inspiration for new reads. Hope you are back soon! Sarah :)

Literary culture needs amusing insight to keep it alive, and you're doing just that. Come back refreshed!

Hi! Long-time lurker here. I enjoy your reviews a lot, and am always finding a new writer or website to read by coming here. Glad you're taking a break before you get burned out.

been there, done that and I feel your pain. I hope it doesn't last too long as your blog is one of the bright points in my day, though my TBR list keeps growing and growing as a direct result of my readership...

Hey! Maybe a LOL graphic novel about a Librarian with superpowers would help! Rex Libris: I, Librarian by James Turner is a scream! I thought of you immediately when I started reading it!.

Spent some time at the recent ALA Conference talking you up to other Maine librarians. You gonna let all that free press go to waste, lady? Ennui be gone.

Hi
I know you're on a break because of your ennui but I've nominated you for the Kreativ Blogger Award.
