Oh, yeah, that's on my go-to food thing, and you can add chunks of leftover chicken (or chickenish, as I call it, since mine is veggie). And I can also not be bothered skinning the tomatoes.

Ooo. Good idea. I made a MASSIVE chicken/wild-rice-except-I-ran-out-of-rice-so-threw-some-barley-in soup this weekend, too. And that Moosewood spinach/rice casserole. And homemade soft pretzels. And tuna noodle casserole from scratch.
Clearly, fall is here: All I want to do is eat and read.

Yeah, I like them a lot, too. I also use Chow quite a bit, as well as a few food blogs (like 101 Cookbooks).
