Yay! My own tween likes to sew too--I don't teach her often enough. In fact, today we went and got her fabric for two dresses--that I am going to sew. Hmmm.

Awesome! When I was a tween I took a sewing class and got really into it. One of my projects was a homemade vest, complete with butterfly buttons. There was also a pastel pair of shorts with an elastic waistband. Ugh. Knowing how to sew didn't stop me from having horrific style, apparently, but it was a lot of fun.
