...was I already aware that there is now a House of Night comic book?
More importantly, given how much I hate the books, why do I kind of want to shell out for it?

I was on board with this series for maybe a couple books, and then I think I read a couple more books before I couldn't stand the relationship awfulness anymore. The comic doesn't appeal to me, though, mainly because of the artist's way of drawing people. Proportionally, the girls' bodies look like little kids' (kind of gangly limbs), but with breasts, and their heads look like they belong on adult bodies.

Because it's one of those things we love to hate and we count on your to do the painful act of reading such things for us, so we don't have to?
