I'm sure there are loads more, but most recently, I've noticed them in Dust & Decay and After the Snow.
Oh, and years and years ago, there was one in that absolutely ridiculous Reign of Fire movie.

Not post-apocalyptic, but this morning I was reading Fuzzy Nation by John Scalzi and the main character says that he puts this old sci fi movie on (return of the jedi) because the fuzzy creatures sort of resemble Ewoks. Takes place on some far away planet.
