Ouch. I guess we all have "users" to deal with from time to time.


Heh. I'm just crabby today.


And then, sometimes, I'm really, really glad I don't work at the Monkey any more.


You should have told him that there was a copy, but that he couldn't have it.


What a jerk! That guy should be *glad* that libraries buy multiple copies of bestsellers. Whenever I get that kind of patron - the kind who fusses about books that everyone is reading - I amuse myself by thinking about how uncreative they are ("You're asking for The Broker? Oh, thank heavens you mentioned that book! Otherwise, we would never have bought a copy! - You're an unoriginal sheep, aren't you?").
