From The Boston Globe:
Three years after it was published, a best-selling memoir about a Northampton psychiatrist and his family has drawn a lawsuit alleging defamation, emotional distress, fraud, and invasion of privacy.
I loved that book. Loved it loved it loved it. Chrissy? Well, not so much. But I loved it.
Does the Turcotte family not realize that this lawsuit will (a) sell a bazillion more books, and (b) let the entire country know who they are, rather than just the neighbors?
I remember the author using fake names, but maybe not. If I were that family I would shut the hell up so no one brings criminal charges against me, not to mention finds out the true names.

You'd think so, right? I guess they figure they're going to get money out of it somehow.
