So, Josh went to get a coffee at the Big Apple, and as he was walking in, he noticed that a guy with New York plates was giving HELL to the cashier. Apparently, his credit card hadn't gone through at the pump, so she needed to run his card a second time. He was ranting about how he was going to be charged twice, that it was BULLSHIT, etc.
Finally, Josh turned away from the coffee counter and said, "Look, if you have a problem, take it up with your credit card company or take it up with C.N. Brown. It isn't her fault."
The guy shut up for a little while, but then started again. "Bullshit. This is bullshit. Blah diddy blah."
Josh slammed his cup back down on the counter, whirled around and said, "HEY. Why don't you go back to FUCKING New York?"
The guy left. Immediately.
The cashier thanked Josh.
The End.
For those of you out there that are a little less confrontational but still get steamed when people are rotten to other people for things that are SO not their fault, try these.
Awesome. That's all, just awesome.

I knew that you especially would appreciate that.
Last night, a co-worker of mine told me a story about tripping someone in similar circumstances--and she's one of those people that you'd look at and never, ever suspect her of such a thing. She said that the guy (jock-y, frat-boy type--no offense Steve, you know what I mean) fell flat on his face, scrambled to his feet and took off.
