I was just talking up his books to a patron on Wednesday and remembering how much I loved Vesper Holly as a kid - I think I even had that same quote written down somewhere. Oh, man. He was a good one.

Oh my God! I didn't know he was that old...! I wrote to him when I was younger, and he wrote back to me. I can't believe he's gone... :(
