I feel like they've run this list before...

Pathetically, I've only read two -- but I'd like to read some of the others, especially The Diamond of Drury Lane and Fearless.

I do think that Harry Crewe should be on the list, though. 

And Vesper Holly. 

And Sammy Keyes.

I was really disappointed by this list; I can't believe that it's the best that's out there. ("The Black Tattoo"? In the first few chapters the girl gets beaten by the guy - very frustrating!)

I wanted to know where the Kiki Strike crew was. Seems like the whole group should be listed as one - in what other book do girls set off a bomb? And what about Lyra? Lyra stands up to everybody! And for classics, I'm wondering about Meg Murray - she is a fighter from the word go and she puts it all on the line to save her little brother. That seems pretty tough to me.

And Buffy needs to be in there somewhere. Books, comic books, screen plays - can't we decide that Buffy is literary now as well?

No Vesper Holly?? Who is she kidding not including Vesper Holly?!

Yeah. Plus, The Angel Experiment? Is terrible.

No Harry Crew! I so wanted to be her when I grew up. I wanted more books in that series. Two was not enough.
