Huh. It's interesting that you liked this so well. I ususally agree with you on your likes and dislikes, but I felt that this book took a fantastic idea and let it flop.


Well, my feelings were somewhat mixed, but yeah, more positive than negative. I do tend to like Will Weaver, though. You?

This is my first book of his. I'll have to try others.


Let me know how it goes -- I've only read Claws and I think one other, but I'm wondering if maybe it's his style that isn't working for you. (Nothing I've read by him sounds like anyone else, if you know what I mean, and I remember having a hard time with his writing at first. Maybe the two of you just don't jive. Then again, I'm making the classic mistake of commenting before breakfast, so I'm probably not making a whole lot of sense...)
