I've been struggling a bit with Ulysses by James Joyce. I think a good editor might have made a world of difference to this book.

Tsk. Picky, picky.
I finally decided that the ...indirectness of the plot was reflecting Bindy's level of ...fuzziness. Otherwise, it was just really...opaque.

Ha ha ha ha ha ha! Oh my god, I swear I didn't mean it like that! I just meant that it was a classic Bindy line.
I actually liked the book quite a bit, though I think that it's one that might be even more enjoyable the second time around, because then the reader would actually know what was going on.

I enjoyed this book thoroughly - even more than Moriarty's other books.
