I loved McGowan's HELLBENT. I'm interested to see what he'll do with something more serious. (At least, I think this is more serious.) I'll have to look for these when I'm in the UK in August.

Oh my goodness! Knife of Never Letting Go is SO GOOD! I hope it AT LEAST makes the shortlist. And Cosmic!
My bets: either Before I Die (hated!) or Bog Child (because everyone loves Siobhan Dowd) (rightfully so).
