So what do you think of the Breaking Dawn cover art?
I'm thinking that Bella is the pawn and one of the Italian vamps is the queen. Maybe.
And the sneak peek scene from the movie? Any thoughts?
Honestly, the major thing running through my head was, "Man, by the time this movie finally comes out I'm going to be so sick of hearing about it that I'm not going to be able to drag myself to the theater."
I notice the pawn is nearly in check.
You might be right;)

Vampire wangs are much bigger and sell more books than those of mere mortals?

I like the cover art. I've liked the cover art on all Meyer's books.
I like her stories. I like her style.
It's the glorification of an emotionally abusive relationship (Bella the wimp, Edward the controller) that I can't stand.

As my teens were bitching about everything wrong with the cast today at the library, I said to them, "If I have to listen to this until December, I won't be able to see the movie." And I like the books!

Sarah, I'm so glad I'm not the only one.

The teens out here hate the casting, too. I can't say I care one way or the other. I think whether I like the 4th book with have more to do with whether I see the movie or not.
(ok, I'll probably see the movie regardless)
