One of the nice things about becoming a grown up was finding out I was not the only person in the world who thought The Giving Tree was a horrible horrible book

Okay, so now we know the story-behind-the-story of THE GIVING TREE.
I've never liked the book either. Thought the boy was selfish. My family disagrees though. Can't wait to show this to Hubby, although Son is too young to see it.
