I'm a YA editor at Allen & Unwin in Australia, where both these books originated. But we are only responsible for the Winter of Grace cover. Judith is completely right, the Finding Grace cover is the US edition. We've done two (very different)covers for Finding Grace over the years, neither of which involves a turtleneck. (You can see them both by searching www.allenandunwin.com, if you're interested) Although... the same cannot be said for our edition of Mary Pearson's The Adoration of Jenna Fox, which I love (both the book and the cover) - it's turtleneck-a-rama.</p>
<p>PS I've been silently enjoying your blog for ages. It was quite thrilling to see two of our babies... ahem... books... featured.</p>Maggie Stiefvater commented on 'Match!'tag:typepad.com,2003:6a00d8345169e469e2010536b16e78970c2009-01-04T22:06:03Z2009-01-04T22:06:03ZMaggie Stiefvaterhttp://m-stiefvater.livejournal.comI think the assumption to be drawn here is that Graces are always cold. One of my forthcoming novels next year has a Grace as the main character, and it's called SHIVER (scholastic'09). So clearly, parents: if you name your child Grace, buy turtlenecks.</p>Jocelyn commented on 'Match!'tag:typepad.com,2003:6a00d8345169e469e2010536a6eb3c970b2009-01-04T00:23:10Z2009-01-04T00:23:10ZJocelynhttp://teenbookreview.wordpress.comWow.
