I am thrilled to have you on board! I too am secretly hoping to make it through four books. I have already finished one, but technically I finished it before starting the challenge, so although I've linked to the review on the review site, it probably shouldn't 'count'.

Look for Me By Moonlight reminds me of a line in the Anne of Green Gables film from Wonderworks. I believe it is when she is reciting The Highwayman.

Yeah, I just flipped the book open and the poem is quoted -- so I guess that's what the author was going for!

It's set in Maine, so I'm curious to see how it'll go -- I can get easily annoyed if I think something doesn't fit right or is ridiculously stereotypical, you know?

Anyway, I'm really looking forward to my pile, so thanks for hosting the challenge.

Awesome list - you're going to have lots of fun (love that we were encouraged to start early).

I think I'm working up to four: Poison Ink has been on my TBR list for a while, and so maybe I'll add that one in...

Ooh, I've actully read one of the books on your list - the Deliverance Dane one. Loved the writing. Have fun! Maybe I'll pick up some of the books on your list. I'm in sort of a book rut right now and can't find a really juicy one.

Ohhhhh! What a a fun challenge!

Good luck - and I hope you enjoy Prophecy!

So glad that you're reading Christopher Golden! :)

Some of those titles look goooooooood.

yay for the zombies!

Well I'm glad my leap to Anne of Green Gables wasn't totally unfounded. Hooray for a head full of useless trivia! :)

Amy Garvey

This is a great idea! I do this every year around this time anyway -- reread Shirley Jackson, and go through a book of Victorian ghost stories, as well as one by Edith Wharton. Adding some other books will be great. (I also watch all my favorite horror movies this time of year, too.)

I love your blog, by the way. Although thanks to you my Amazon wishlist is tripling ...
