Well, she's got the Scarlett Martin books to finish up, but yeah. I'm disappointed too.

I really don't know what to make of this. The Jack the Ripper murders were vicious crimes with deeply nasty sexual overtones—the women mutilated and eviscerated while still alive—and I can't really quite come at the idea of a modern makeover of them. I like Johnson's books well enough, but this idea actually gives me the total creeps.
