Not that I'm not a bit worried.
It's a hard one, because it isn't as if Dream and Death, especially, have exactly... timeless... looks. But they're so iconic, so if they were changed, that would be extremely upsetting. Do you know what I mean?

But the graphic novel did span centuries and their look was adjusted to fit the age. Quite well I think...

But his usual look -- in the present, I mean -- was the Robert Smith-y one, wasn't it? And Death tended towards her adorable Goth-ish look, right? (I'm actually asking here, because it's been ages since I read Sandman. Those are the visuals I immediately get when I think of them, anyway. Wow. What a great excuse to dig out my comic books. I wonder where they all are...)

Hmm. I'm skeptical. If they get it right, it would be fantastic... but I just don't know if they will. Although honestly this might not come to anything. Haven't a lot of people tried to adapt Sandman?
