I disliked The Maze Runner and The Scorch Trials, but I soldiered on anyway. But The Death Cure. I hated The Death Cure so much I didn't even finish it. I found Thomas loathsome. So let's just say I won't touch that prequel with a ten foot pole...
I liked The Maze Runner, was iffy about The Scorch Trials, and only finished The Death Cure because I'd read the other two, so our experiences aren't all that dissimilar. :)
*Spoiler* I really stopped reading it when it became a celebration of individualism over any collectivities. I just hope it changed its course before the end...
